The Collective's second workshop was in Wisbech Park. On 14th May 2005
a steady stream of people enjoyed a draw and a paint.
Artists were on hand to give inspiration and critique to the people
who turned up.
The Mayor of Wisbech, Councillor Carol Cox visited during the day to
show her support.
There will be further workshops;
21st May Wenny Road Rec, Chatteris
28th May Manor Leisure Centre, Whittlesey
Each workshop runs from 10.00am - 4.00pm and people may stay as long
as they like. There will be leaders and volunteers in attendance.
Invitations are extended to all members of the Collective to come
along and help out and join in. There will be no charge to anybody.
The more experienced artists may bring their own equipment if they
wish. If not the project will provide all that is needed.
This project is for the adult beginner and improvers.
We do cater for children but working within the project brief we cannot
be responsible for them. If parents bring children and wish to do some
art work then they, and their children, are more than welcome. And of
course grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins are not excluded.
